Registration Fees are due with the signed contract and are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the entire tuition is paid prior to May 31, 2010, a three percent (3%) discount is allowed

Monthly Billing

Tuition, food, milk, extended day charges, and other fees are billed on a monthly basis. Families are required to pay a non-refundable $175.00 deposit for each student at the time the student’s contract is submitted. Thereafter, monthly payments are required according to the selected plan. All accounts are billed on the 1st of each month and due by the 20th of each month. A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be assessed on all accounts not paid by the 20th day of the month.

Application for Admission

Application Fee: $50.00

This is a one time, non-refundable fee for first time enrollees. This fee must accompany the Capital Day School application.

Lunch Program

Students may bring their lunches daily or order from Adelia’s Bakery and Cafe. If your child will be ordering from Adelia’s, all charges will be billed on the student’s monthly billing. For those students bringing their lunch, refrigerators are available to keep perishable items cool.

Milk Program

Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten – Morning snack and milk charges are included in the tuition cost. Milk or orange drink for lunches is available at .50 cents per item and will be charged on your child’s monthly billing.

Grades 1 – 8 – Students may purchase milk, chocolate milk, or orange drink at recess or lunch at .50 cents per item and will be charged on your child’s monthly billing.
