2010 SPRING SOCCER SIGN UPS

• Soccer registration is open through Feb. 16.
• Register and pay at the YMCA. Tell them you want to be on a Capital Day School team.
• CDS students will receive membership rates ($40).
• Practices will begin March 16.
• Games will begin on April 4 and last through the end of May.
• All students who participate in soccer are required to have a current (within the last year) KHSAA sports physical on file in the school office.
